Hey there!

I’m Brittney Burrell and I totally love Mahjong! I was taught to play just over a year and a half ago and I’ve been totally obsessed ever since. I am currently working towards my Mahjong certification through the School of American Mah Jongg, and I can’t wait to teach you what I’ve learned!

I think Mahjong is such a versatile game! The speed and competitiveness of the game can vary depending on who you’re playing with or what you’re in the mood for — sometimes it’s fast paced and focused, but other times it’s slow moving and super social!

I love how Mahjong gathers people around a table, and I truly do believe that anyone can learn to play and enjoy this game.

When I’m not teaching Mahjong, I’m either running my wedding decor rentals business, relaxing at the beach, or trying to get a group together to play Mahjong - ha!
